What makes us different?
For starters, we show up ON TIME. We ALWAYS return calls, emails and texts in the same day they are received. And that’s whether we are speaking to you for the very first time, or if your project was completed weeks ago.
We don’t "no show" appointments, or just disappear one day like so many of the other guys. Also unlike most of the bait and switch specialists in this industry, our initial estimate is ALWAYS our final price. Unless the customer has requested more work be performed or has decided to change what they want done. Our detailed written estimates and “in writing” punch lists guarantee that there is never any confusion whatsoever on what was or was not included in the price you were quoted.
And lastly what makes us different is that believe it or not, your project is always done in the time frame in which it is was promised whenever that is humanly possible. Not only that, but it will be 100% completed as promised.
This may come as a shock to most of our potential customers, but over 50% of our jobs in 2025 thus far have consisted of us finishing the work another contractor agreed to do, and was fully paid to do, before he just stopped showing up one day. And to no one’s surprise he stopped returning calls and texts. Sadly it seems like we have all been there at some point, and it has become par for the course in this industry.
